- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 3 days of delivery, you qualify for a free return and full refund or replacement.
- Courier Damage Only: Free returns for damaged items apply only if the damage was caused during shipping (by the courier) and not due to misuse, handling, or damage caused by the customer.
- Reporting an Issue: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange the return and process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
