At MyPawtique, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. We partner with Aramex to ensure reliable delivery anywhere in South Africa.
📦Shipping within South Africa
We currently ship nationwide only within South Africa using Aramex Courier Services. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
⏱️Delivery Time
💠Order are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
💠Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
💠Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to courier delays.
🚚Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this number to track your parcel directly in the Aramex website.
📍Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery information before placing your order.MyPawTique cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
♻️Returns and Exchanges
At MyPawtique, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements or exchanges for damaged or defective products.
To request a replacement or exchange:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- If product is damaged or defective it must be sent back in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of damage (such as a photo).
- Once approved, we'll ship your replacement free of charge.
